This is a fast and easy o make dessert, very fresh tasting and low in calories. If you would take a pen and paper, let’s go out and shop the ingredients.
Ingredients
1 cup of flour
400gr grape syrup cookies
150 gr melted butter
400 gr strained yogurt
200 gr vegetable whipped cream
2 vanilla
150 gr icing sugar
Fresh fruit
2 (6 table spoons) shots liquor mastiha
Method
To make the tartlets we grain the grape syrup cookies and mix them with butter. We apply the mix in small tartlet pans and place in the fridge for a while to cool.
Whip the vegetable cream and afterwards mix it slowly with the acing sugar and the yogurt. Once the mix is even scent it with the mastiha liquor and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Then, remove the tartlet pans, fill the tartlets with the yogurt mix using a pastry bag with open tip. Garnish with fresh fruit or fruit preserves, according to your imagination and tasting preferences.
Tips: sprinkle with some drops of balsamic cream or grape syrup. Be careful not to exaggerate
