Chocolate mixture

- 200 g corn flakes - 20g chopped dried pineapple - 20g grated hazelnuts - 20g dried apricots and chopped - 20g raisins - 20g peanuts pecans - 20 g almonds - 20g dried berries |
Chop the dried fruits and the corn flakes into small pieces. Pulse the nuts in a blender or chop them by hand, just for half a second at a time, until they're the size that you want. Don’t turn them to dust. |

- 150 g dark chocolate 72% cocoa content - 100g tahini -150 G honey - Zest of 2 oranges - Cinnamon and carnation powder |
In a double boiler, melt the chocolate. Once melted, add the honey, tahini and stir with a wooden spoon until combined. Pour in the chocolate nuts with dried fruit and stir until blended. |
Bars
Pour the mixture in a baking sheet and let it cool.
Cut it with a knife to shape the bars.
Keep the dissolved parts to use them with milk, or yogurt |
