Stuffed Grilled Sea Bream

Sea Bream









Aromatic butter
INGREDIENTS: METHOD
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt
- Freshly ground green pepper
-  1 tbsp lemon thyme
- Zest of 1 lime
Stir 2 tbsp butter until it’s soft. Add salt, freshly ground green pepper, lemon thyme, zest of 1 lime. Leave the mixture in the fridge.

Sea Bream
INGREDIENTS:METHOD
- 1 bream 350 g
- 1/2 bunch parsley, chopped finely
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1/2 onion rings
- 1/2 tomato slices
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp aromatic butter
Turn on the oven to 180.
Roll out a sheet of greaseproof paper.  Grease it and put over most of the onions and the tomatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and a little bit of rosemary.

Put half of the parsley, a bit of rosemary and the remaining onion in the belly of the bream. Add 1ts aromatic butter. Afterwards sprinkle the bream with apple cider vinegar and a little bit of rosemary. Cover it with the rest of the parsley. 

Close the baking sheet and bake for 20-30 minutes!
