Spaghetti with chermoula and broccoli

Ingredients Method
  • 1 packet spaghetti
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup radish in slices
  • 4 tbsp extra olive oil
Add broccoli florets to a large pot of boiling, salted water and cook al dente.
Remove the broccoli and stop the cooking process by shocking them in ice water. Remove the florets and pat dry.

In the same water add the spaghetti and cook also, al dente. When the spaghetti is ready shock it in the ice water like you did with broccoli.

Mix the spaghetti with the vegetables and put the olive oil.


Chermoula Εκτέλεση
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro
  • ½ cup chopped parsley
  • 1 tea spoon cumin
  • 2 peppers chili chopped
  • ½ tea spoon turmeric
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 8 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Pulls all the ingredients in a blender except the olive oil.

When the pesto is ready add the olive oil and whisk well.

Before serving mix the spaghetti with vegetables, add the pesto chermoula and some flakes of parmesan.
