Pan-Fried Lamb Chops with greek yogurt sauce tzatziki

Lamp Chops with fried potatos & greek yogurt sauce tzatziki



Grill is nice, but there is nothing in the world like Pan-Fried Lamb Chops. 







INGREDIENTS:
Greek yogurt sauce 
(tzatziki) with carrot::           
- 200 gr yogurt strained 
- 1 small grated carrot 
- 4 tbsp cider vinegar 
- Salt, white pepper 
- A bit chopped mint
Mustard Sauce::        

- 1 shaved lemon
- 2 ts dijon mustard 
- 80 ml lemon juice 
- 1 ts granulated sugar
- 160 ml of olive oil 
- Mint leaves
Lamb chops:

- A large deep pot 
- 300gr lamb chops (serves 2)
- Frying oil salt, pepper, rosemary 
- 1 clove of garlic




METHOD

Greek yogurt sauce (tzatziki) with carrot:
Stir through, the ingredients and place it in the fridge until you are ready to serv.



Mustard Sauce:
Stir through the mustard with the sugar, the lemon zest and add slowly the olive-oil. Once your sauce thickens remove the mixture from the blender and add the mint-leaves



Lamb chops
Add salt and pepper. In a deep frying pan, pour oil until hot through. Add 1 teaspoon rosemary and the garlic. Fry each side for 3 minutes

Serve it with fries.
