Pulls the ingredients in a blender (except the chives) until smooth. In a bowl add the cream with the chives and wisk. Then put the mixture in a piping bag and place it in the fridge |
Bread base

Take a very small cookie cutter and cut the slices of toast bread. Each toast bread should give you 3 small bread circles. It should be the same diameter as a shot glass. |

Take the cheese mixture and decorate with small rosettes. You can garnish with anything you like. With olive, with some strawberry marinated in aged balsamic vinegar, crushed pistachio and anything that fits to your imagination ....You may also stuff cherry tomatoes with the cheese-cream and put it on toasted bread. |
