Potato Salad with grilled cheese




Ingredients

- 2 potatoes backed in oven (in 1800 C for 45 minutes, depending on the potatoes)
- 2 pickled cucumbers cut in thin slices
- Peels of a small carrot
- Yogurt sauce (1 tablespoon yogurt, 1 teaspoon lime juice, salt and pepper)
- Grilled manouri cheese (a Greek semi-soft, fresh white whey cheese made from goat or ship milk)
I prepared it the electric tabletop grill and it had an astonishing effect



Method

Bake the potatoes and let cool. Then slice them thinly. Place them in a bowl and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place a round form in a plate and lie inside forming layers half of the yogurt and potatoes, then some carrot peels, then the pickles and finish up with the grilled manouri cheese. Repeat once more.

Enjoy the salad.
