Cereal Base

Place the base in a Fruit Tart pan with a false bottom and then put it in the fridge

Yoghurt cream 
Ingredients Method
  • 300g yoghurt
  • 100g cream rich in fat
  • 4 tbsp rosewater
  • 50g caster sugar
  • 2 tsp gelatin powder
Put the cream In a saucepan and once it’s steamed, add the gelatin powder. Stir well to melt and remove the saucepan from the heat.

In a big bowl add the yoghurt with the rose water and the caster sugar. Add the cream with the gelatin powder and stir with a whisk.

Let it cool and when it’s cold place it on the tart.

Place it in the fridge for 2 hours



For the top
Ingredients Method
  • 1 thinly-sliced banana
  • 1 thinly-sliced apple  
  • 1 thinly-sliced pear 
  • 50g hazelnuts grated
  • 1 orange slices
Just before we serve it, place the fresh fruit on top of the cream, sprinkle with cinnamon and grated hazelnuts. 


Tip
Do not place the fruits earlier in the tart because they will turn black. You can, also, choose fruits by season. Just keep in mind to try figs during the summer. They there are delicious!
